St. Eustatius Port Services N.V was the first shipping agency on St. Eustatius! An idea established over 35 years ago by our founders. A dedicated couple with a profound entrepreneurial spirit, wanting to provide optimal service in the maritime industry. The company is not limited to just oil tanker and yacht operations, but also provides labor brokerage, work permits, and cargo agency services. After the passing of Mr. Rouse in 2008, the company continued to thrive on his business values, dedication, interpersonal, committed, and customer centric driven.

Mr. Rouse a born Statian, grew up in a family of eight, and at a young age became dedicated to self growth. He was a young entrepreneur in the making. As a teenager he started his very first company. He later ventured into many facets of business leading to his greatest success, St. Eustatius Port Services. His passing greatly affected the community but his business ethics still prevail. He was always dedicated to his family and country.
Lynnette Rouse
Founder
Mrs. Rouse was born in New York, USA, to a family of seven. She was employed at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and studied business management. After a family vacation to St. Eustatius, she met Mr. Rouse and moved to the island the following year and got married. Her dedication and strong business sense has allowed her to build a successful business over the years.
